Front National Leader Marine Le Pen has topped the first round of the French Presidential elections, and will now to head to head with left winger Emmanuel Macron on May 7th.
Amidst tight security and an ongoing state of emergency, French voters have headed to the over 66,000 polling stations to cast their ballots for one of twelve candidates.
